Our staff are diverse in their experiences, skills, and passions. We need all kinds of personalities to ensure we have the most qualified staff for our campers. We need musicians to lead vespers and teach campers how worship can be a part of their entire day. We need experienced athletes to guide campers in becoming good leaders and team players. Artists are vital for demonstrating how God gives each of us unique skills that we can use to share the Gospel. Outdoors enthusiasts provide opportunities to encourage our campers to step outside of our comfort zones and follow God’s calling in their lives. We need introverts and extroverts, energetic and introspective personalities to ensure that we have the right kind of leader for each individual camper.

A summer working at WorldSong will not be like the average summer job. You will be expected to act professionally, to demonstrate and grow in your leadership skills, and above all else put the campers' needs first. Our staff are held to high expectations. If you are willing to challenge yourself, take constructive criticism, and be an encourager to fellow staff then you will thrive here.

Most of our staff members are college students, but we also have young teachers who spend their summers continuing to serve children. There are limited spots available for those who have completed their Junior year of High School. Most of those limited spots are filled by former CITs (Cabin Leaders in Training) who have gone through a leadership program which lasts 3-4 summers.

All staff must be available for Pre-camp training (Dates TBA). Contracts can be as short as 4 weeks or as long as 9 weeks depending on your availability, skill set, and the needs of the camp. We will talk about this in your interview and determine what is the best fit for you.
